Hello! My name is Eli, and I’m from the Philippines. I’ve been teaching ESL for almost four years. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of teaching students at all levels, from beginners to advanced learners. I find great joy in helping my students grow and develop their skills. My teaching style is flexible and adaptable, allowing me to cater to both kids and adults. I enjoy watching Disney movies because they bring a sense of nostalgia and magic, with their captivating stories and memorable characters. Also, I love traveling and have had the opportunity to explore various places within the Philippines. I also like cooking, singing, playing sports, reading books, and writing stories or poems. I encourage independent learning and provide opportunities for them to practice speaking and listening through discussions and role-playing activities. I also adapt my pace and approach based on their level. To me, being a successful teacher means seeing progress in my students—knowing that I played a part in their learning journey is incredibly fulfilling.
