Hello, my name is Teacher Janel, and I’m from the Philippines. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Philippines. My interests include traveling, trying different cuisines, and engaging in conversations with diverse individuals. Teaching has always been a significant part of my life. In fact, I worked as a private tutor in English, Math, and Science while pursuing my degree. Additionally, I gained experience as a Process Engineer in a semiconductor company, where I focused on writing work instructions and educating staff on the production line. Since the onset of the pandemic, I’ve been working as an online ESL teacher for 4 years. I’m passionate about the English language and take pride in helping others improve their speaking skills. In my classes, I ensure that my students not only learn to speak English correctly but also gain confidence in their abilities.
