Ovi

Hello Ovi! How are you?

I am fine. What about you?

I am fine too. I have heard that you have made a plane journey recently.

Yes, I went to Chittagong by plane last week.

To whom did you go to Chittagong?

I went to my elder brother working in Chittagong as an engineer.

Did your elder brother arrange your journey by plane?

Yes, my elder brother sent me a plane ticket.

Would you please tell me your experience of plane journey.

It is my first plane journey. So it was full of thrill and excitement.

How did you enjoy it?

I felt a little bit nervous at the beginning. But soon I overcame my nervousness.

How did you feel when the plane rose high?

I looked down from the window and saw buildings, people, and trees looking like miniatures. There were clouds all around. I felt like touching the clouds. The roads looked like snakes and so did the rivers.

Amazing! Thank you for your nice description.

You are most welcome.

Andrew

Lucy

Where did you go on holiday?

I went to Beijing with my parents.

How was it? Did you have a good time?

It was wonderful. Beijing is a great city with many historical landmarks.

What did you see there?

We saw the Great Wall and other interesting places such as old palaces, as well as pandas. They were really interesting!

I have been to Beijing once to attend a conference, but I didn’t have time to travel around.

Too bad. You could have stayed longer. It’s not difficult to find cheap hotels in Beijing.

Really? Where did you stay, anyway?

We stay at the Orange Hotel near the Palace Museum.

Was it good?

Yes, it was a great budget hotel. The room was clean and it offered free drinks, fruit and snacks every day. How about your holiday?

I didn’t go out because I took a charity job as a volunteer tutor.

Oh, that’s good. I may want to try that on my next holiday.
