Really? At university you were always so social.

I know, but it was so easy to be social then. At work, I’m actually really shy.

You could try having more conversations with your co-workers.

They have tried to include me, but I never know what to say.

Then how about a meet up? You can meet people who share common interests with you.

Do I need to need to sign up to participate?

They are usually pretty informal events. I’m sure you could just show up.

I don’t know. Maybe they won’t like me. Maybe they’ll think I’m boring.
