1. Bruise /bruːz/

3. Graze /ɡreɪz/
(v) to break the surface of the skin by rubbing against something rough
4. Wound /wuːnd/
(n) a damaged area of the body, such as a cut or hole in the skin or flesh made by a weapon

(n) a long, narrow piece of cloth that is tied around an injury or a part of someone’s body that has been hurt

(n) a medical examination to test your general state f health
7. Drug /drʌɡ/
(n) any natural or artificially made chemical that is used as a medicine
8. Injection /ɪnˈdʒek.ʃən/
(n) the act of putting a liquid, especially a drug, into a person’s body using a needle and a syringe
