My name is Teacher Mary, and I am a licensed professional teacher with over a year of experience teaching ESL to both kids and adult learners from different cultural backgrounds. Teaching has always been my passion because I enjoy helping students build their confidence and enhance their English communication skills. Currently, I am working as a BPO trainer, where I develop communication, customer service, and language skills among trainees.
